盐度胁迫对近江牡蛎(Crassostrea ariakensis)免疫因子的影响

【摘要】 本实验分析了盐度从18‰骤变至3‰、25‰、40‰,24h和48h后,检测近江牡蛎(Crassostrea ariakensis)血淋巴总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶(LSZ)的活力变化,旨在研究盐度骤变对相关免疫因子的影响。结果显示,对照组(18‰)4项免疫因子变化不显著(P>0.05)。盐度25‰组AKP、CAT、LSZ活力与对照组变化趋势一致,AKP、LSZ活力在24h时极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。盐度3‰组T-SOD活力在24h时显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其他各组与对照组相比差异不显著。盐度40‰组T-SOD活力在24h时显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而LSZ活力在48h时急剧下降,极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),其他组与对照组相比差异不显著。由此可见,盐度对近江牡蛎的免疫活力有明显的刺激作用,且在一定的范围内能够增加机体免疫活力。近江牡蛎对低盐有很强的适应能力,但高盐度的胁迫下,牡蛎免疫活力降低,这可能与机体免疫机能疲劳或损伤有关。

【Abstract】 The influence of abrupt salinity change from 18‰ to 3‰、25‰、40‰ on the immune factors was studied.After 24h and 48h, total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), catalase (CAT) and lysozyme (LSZ) of Crassostrea ariakensis hemolymph were detected. Aim to The effects of salinity stress on the immune factors .The results showed that the change of four immune factors was not significant (P > 0.05) in control group (18 ‰).Changes of AKP, CAT, LSZ vitality of salinity 25‰ group were consistent with the control group;AKP and LSZ vitality significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01) at 24h. The T-SOD vitality of salinity 3 ‰ group was significantly higher than the control group’s (P < 0.01) at 24h, and the other group compared with the control showed no significant difference. The T-SOD vitality of salinity 40 ‰ group was significantly lower than the control group’s (P < 0.01) at 24h; LSZ vitality was no significant difference compared with the control at 24h ,but was sharped decline and significantly lower than the control group’s (P < 0.01) at 48 h; no significant difference were found in other factors compared with the control . These results may indicate that salinity can stimulate the immune vitality significantly and increase the body’s immune vitality at a certain range. oysters have a strong ability to adapt to low salinity.But when salinity stress increased , those immune vitality show low, which maybe relate with the immune fatigue or immune damnification at high stess.
