不同投喂模式对奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼生长发育及生化组成的影响

【摘要】 实验研究了多重"饥饿-投喂"循环投喂对体质量约6.8克的奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)幼鱼补偿生长发育、生化组成和肌肉、肝脏中RNA//DNA的影响。实验分为4组:对照组(每日投喂)、实验1组(饥饿1d,投喂6d)、实验2组(饥饿2d,投喂5d)和实验3组(饥饿3d,投喂4d),实验周期为56d,水温为24~27℃。结果表明:实验1组出现完全补偿生长,其终末体质量、体长、增重率(WGR)及特定生长率(SGR)与对照组差异均不显著;实验1组和2组的饲料转化率(FCR)均显著高于对照组和实验3组(p﹤0.05);随周期饥饿时间的延长水分和灰分含量显著增加(p﹤0.05),而蛋白质和脂肪含量显著下降(p﹤0.05);肌肉和肝脏的RNA/DNA比值均随周期饥饿时间的延长呈逐渐下降趋势,在恢复投喂时,实验3组RNA/DNA比值均达到最大。结论:饥饿1d和连续投喂6d的投喂模式作为新的投喂模式应用于生产实践中能达到完全补偿生长,同时节省饲料投喂量,降低劳动成本。

【Abstract】 A 8 weeks study was conducted to determine the effect of multiple cyclical starvation and re-feeding on growth, biochemical composition and the ratio of RNA/DNA in liver and muscle of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus×O.Areus). Juveniles were divided into four groups (control, 1, 2 and 3 group respectively), which were cyclical starved for 0 d (control), 1 d (group 1), 2 d (group 2) and 3 d (group 3), then cyclical re-fed 7 d, 6 d, 5d and 4 d respectively. The results showed that the compensatory growth occurred in the fish cycle starved for 1 d then re-fed 6 d group, final weight, long of body, the weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) were no significant differences between 1 and control group (p>0.05). The feed conversion efficiency (FCR) in 1 and 2 group were significantly higher than that of control group (p<0.05). With the time of cycle starvation was extension, the content of lipid and protein decreased and moisture and ash increased significantly (p<0.05). RNA/DNA ratio in liver and muscle decreased with prolonging the time of cycle starvation, during re-feed the ratio of 3 group reached the maximum. Conclusion: starved for 1 d and re-fed feeding mode as a new feeding mode applied in practice can completely compensatory growth, can save feed and reduce the labor cost.
