植物浮床对鲮鱼养殖水体净化及生产性能影响的研究

【摘要】 利用植物浮床对鲮鱼(Cirrhinus molitorella)养殖水体净化处理,对养殖水体的主要水质指标测定分析,及鲮鱼血清和肌肉生化指标、生产性能进行分析比较,植物浮床净化实验组养殖水体,水体的浑浊度、五日生物需氧量、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、总氮和总磷明显优于对照组(p<0.05),实验组鲮鱼苗种成活率、平均个体重、平均日增重、特定生长率和饵料系数著优于对照组(p<0.05)。植物浮床净化水体养殖模式下,鲮鱼苗种培育水体主要水质指标明显获得保持,鱼体健康状态良好,苗种成活率高、生产速度快、养殖周期缩短、用药少、污染少,具有良好的经济和生态效益。
【Abstract】 Fish study was conducted to investigate water treatment of Cirrhinus molitorella seedling breeding in plant floating bed. The purification results of wastewater in treatment groups that treated by plant floating bed were using to appriaise synthetically,economic profitc and ecological benefits of this pattern were mensurated regularity,and the physical and chemical index, Besides that,the survival rate and feed conversion ratio of Cirrhinus molitorella in treat groups better than that in control groups(p <0.05) . In conclusion,the pattern of breeding Cirrhinus molitorella in purifying water which was base on the plant floating bed in the study,the indicators of water quality were maintaining good,and the body of fish keeping in good health. It has several advantages,such as higher survival rate,shorter culture period,higher yield,less pollution and less medicine cost. It will play a good economic profits and ecological benefits.
