脊尾白虾在不同盐度水体中的生长试验

【摘要】 研究了不同海水比重对脊尾白虾生长的影响。实验在室内水泥池中进行,共设置5个海水比重组:1.006、1.010、1.014、1.018、1.022,每组40只虾,并设3个重复,实验周期为40d。试验期间正常进行投喂管理,日投饵量为脊尾白虾总重的5%~7%。结果表明,随着海水比重的升高,脊尾白虾的成活率和增重率均呈倒U型变化趋势。当海水比重为1.014时,脊尾白虾的成活率和增重率达到最高,但与其他试验组差异不显著(P<0.05)。本实验证明了脊尾白虾对海水盐度有较强的适应性,在海水比重为1.014时达到最佳生长盐度。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of different water salinities on growth of Eopalaemon carinicauda. The experiment was conducted in the indoor tank and lasted for 60 d. 5 groups of sea water specific gravity concentration (1.006, 1.010, 1.014, 1.018, 1.022) was formulated and prepared with sea salt. Each group had three repetitions of 40 E. carinicauda. The E. carinicauda was normally fed and the average daily feed amount value was 5% - 7% of the body weight. The result showed that the survival rate, growth rate of body weight decreased with increased specific gravity of sea water, after increasing to a peak value. The the survival rate and growth rate of body weight increased to the peak value in the 1.014 specific gravity of sea water, but the difference between the groups was not significant (p<0.05). The results of this experiment showed that E. carinicauda had the strong adaptive activity to the salinity of sea water, and the optimal specific gravity for the growth of E. carinicauda was 1.014.
