孔石莼多糖降血糖作用研究

【摘要】 研究孔石莼多糖(PUPK)的降血糖作用。以四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病小鼠模型,并分为孔石莼多糖低、中、高剂量组与糖尿病阳性药物组、高糖模型组、多糖对照组及正常小鼠组对照。分别以不同剂量孔石莼多糖、二甲双胍灌胃,实验结束后记录小鼠体重,采血测定小鼠血糖值及组间差异。结果表明:孔石莼多糖对四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠有显著的降血糖作用,高剂量多糖降血糖效果最佳,作用效果优于二甲双胍,且对正常小白鼠血糖无影响。

【Abstract】 To study the hypoglycemic effects of polysaccharide from Ulva pertusa Kjellm(PUPK). The experimental diabetic mice were randomly divided into low dosage of PUPK, middle dosage of PUPK, high dosage of PUPK, positive pharmaceutical control group, hypoglycemic control group and diabetic model group, and the general mice were divided as normal control group. Then these groups mice were administered with different dosages PUPK and metformin, respectively. After the experiment, mouse body weight were recorded, the concentrations of serum glucose was determined and the changes of the serum glucose were compared. The results showed that PUPK has a significant hypoglycemic effect on alloxan diabetic mice, and the effect of high dose PUPK is the most remarkable which is prior to the effect of Metformin. Moreover PUPK has no significant influence on the serum glucose of normal mice.
