菲律宾花鳗鲡种类鉴别与形态差异分析

【摘要】 根据脊椎骨数以及量度性状,采用形态学分析的方法鉴别了菲律宾花鳗鲡鳗苗种类,并应用方差、主成分和判别等分析方法比较研究了引进鳗苗种类间形态差异。种类鉴别结果表明,引进的菲律宾花鳗鲡鳗苗含2种鳗鲡,即花鳗鲡和太平洋双色鳗。其中花鳗鲡数量占绝大多数,个体较小;太平洋双色鳗数量少,但个体规格显著大于花鳗鲡。可数性状分析结果表明,花鳗鲡总脊椎骨数、臀鳍起点前和起点后脊椎骨数均显著小于太平洋双色鳗。可量性状多元分析结果表明,花鳗鲡与太平洋双色鳗的多个形态性状差异显著,包括体型、头部、口裂以及鳍,散布全身。笔者建议:在鳗苗培育后期分级选别时,可根据花鳗鲡与太平洋双色鳗体型的差异和鳍型不同将其分开。体型较小,背鳍前端和臀鳍前端距离较远为花鳗鲡;体型较大,背鳍前端和臀鳍前端几乎平齐为太平洋双色鳗。
【Abstract】 Species identification and morphological variations of the Anguilla elvers inhabit in Philippine were discussed.The results showed that there were two species eel introduced from Philippine,Anguill marmorata and A.bicolor pacifica.Accounting for the majority of elvers were A.marmorata and had small body size,on the contrary,A.bicolor pacifica had large body size and short on numbers.As meristic characters,the numbers of total vertebra,predorsal vertebra and behind anal fin vertebra of A.marmorata were significantly lower than that in A.bicolor pacifica. As for measurable characters,multivarition analysis indicated that there were many significant differences measurable characters between A.marmorata and A.bicolor pacifica,which distributed overall body such as body style,head,gape and fin.According to the results of these researches,which suggested that A.marmorata and A.bicolor pacifica could be separated by the different of body style and fin type at later period of fmgerlings breeding and classification.This research will provide basic data for eel species identification,allopathic elvers introduction and aquaculture work.
