混养鱼塘水体及沉积物中磷含量变化初探
Research on phosphorus content change in water column and sediment of Polyculture fish ponds

【摘要】 以上海郊区三口团头鲂混养鱼塘即池塘A、B、C以及水源D为研究对象,就水中总磷(TP)、活性磷(AP)以及沉积物中总磷含量进行定期监测,并就它们之间的相关性进行探讨。实验发现,该养殖场水源水TP含量一直维持在稳定的较低水平(0.17±0.06 mg/L),试验池塘A、B、C池水中TP含量大大增加,与水源D中TP的比值最高可达21.98、93.97和94.09。水源水中AP含量亦一直保持稳定(0.1 1±0.06 mg/L)且显著低于各养殖池塘,各混养塘池水中的AP则呈波动且总体上升的态势。池塘表层沉积物中TP的变化不大,相对而言,水源沉积物TP变化波动性明显。各采样点沉积物中TP浓度分别是:0.63±0.11、0.67±0.12、0.68±0.11和0.77±0.13 mg/g。分析发现各采样点沉积物TP与水体TP呈负相关关系,水源D显著负相关,说明在没有外界输入的情况下,水体与沉积物中的TP能够达成一种此消彼长的稳定关系。
【Abstract】 Three Megalobrama amblycephala polyculture ponds marked A,B,C and the water source D were researched in the suburb in Shanghai.Total phosphorus and reactive phosphorus contents in the water and TP content in the sediments were termly monitored.Correlation of these parameters were analysed.The results suggested that TP content in the source water had been keeping a stable and low level(0.17±0.06mg/L).While TP contents in the farmig ponds water increased conderably,and their maximum ratios to the content in the source water were up to 21.98,93.97 and 94.09,respectively.Reactive phosphrous in the farming ponds presented a wavery escalating trend,but its content in the source water was significantly lower than in the ponds,and it also had been keeping an approximately stable value(0.11±0.06mg/L).TP contents in the sediments of these four sampling points were 0.63±0.11、0.67±0.12、0.68±0.11 and 0.77±0.13 mg/g.There was a negative correlation between the TP content in the water and the sediments in each sampling point,and moreover,the correlation in D point was significant negative.
