大规格吉富罗非鱼鱼种对饲料中有效磷的需求

【摘要】 以磷酸二氢钾为磷源,制成有效磷含量分别为0%(对照组,D0)、0.20%(D1)、0.43%(D2)、0.69%(D3)、0.91%(D4)和1.07%(D5)的6组等氮等能的纯化饲料6组,每组设3个重复,饲养大规格吉富罗非鱼(46.03±2.14g)8周,以生长、鱼体各组织磷含量和血清生化指标等为判据,确定大规格吉富罗非鱼饲料中有效磷的需要量。试验结果表明,饲料有效磷为0.69%或以上时,鱼体增重率和特定生长率较对照组均显著提高(P<0.05),饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。随着饲料有效磷含量的增加,全鱼和脊椎骨的粗灰分、钙、磷含量及血清磷含量均显著升高(P<0.05));血清碱性磷酸酶活力和血清甲状旁腺激素含量随着饲料有效磷的增加先升高后下降(P>0.05),当饲料有效磷含量超过0.91%时均显著降低(P>0.05);血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量随饲料有效磷的升高均显著降低(P<0.05)。分别用折线模型拟合对特定生长率、全鱼磷含量、脊椎骨磷含量和血清磷含量与饲料有效磷含量进行相关分析,饲料中有效磷最适含量分别为0.74%、0.86%、0.88%、0.71%。
【Abstract】 GIFT tilapia(Oreochromis niloticu) with initial weight 46.03±2.14g were satiable fed on six experimental isonitrogenous and isoenergetic purified diets with containing increasing contents of available phosphorus[0%(control diet,D0),0.20%(D1),0.43%(D2),0.69%(D3), 0.91%(D4) and 1.07%(D5)]for 8 weeks respectively.Each treatment was triplicate.Growth performance,phosphorus content of body tissues and blood parameters were measured to determine the optimal dietary available phosphorus content.The results showed that fish fed the three diets with low levels of phosphorus(D0,D1 and D2) have significantly lower weight gain rate and specific growth rate(SGR)(P<0.05)than those offish fed the test D3,D4 and D5.The whole body and vertebrae crude ash,caclcium,phosphorus concentration was significantly increased with the increases of the dietary available phosphorus levels(P<0.05).Dietary available phosphorus had distinct effects on serum phosphorus concentration,enzyme activities of alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid hormone level,as well as contents of triglyceride and total cholesterol(P<0.05).The dietary available phosphorus requirement was0.74%~0.88%.
