投喂频率对卵形鲳鲹生长、食物利用及鱼体组成的影响

【摘要】 在近岸浮式网箱中进行6周饲养实验以确定不同投喂频率对卵形鲳鲹生长、食物利用和鱼体组成的影响。按单因素实验设计设5组投饲频率:0.5、1、2、3和4次/d,每个处理设3个重复。实验鱼初始体重为10 g。实验期间水温为27.5±1.0℃,每次投喂均至实验鱼饱食为止。实验结果表明,随投喂频率增加,鱼摄食量、增重和特定生长率(SGR)升高。按0.5次/d和1次/d投喂的鱼摄食率显著低于其他处理。按3次/d和4次/d投喂的鱼增重和SGR高于按0.5、1、2次/d投喂的鱼,但二者之间无显著差异。按1、2、3和4次/d投喂的鱼饲料系数无显著差异,均低于按0.5次/d投喂的鱼。根据本实验结果,认为网箱养殖卵形鲳鲹的适宜投喂频率为3次/d。
【Abstract】 A six-week feeding trial was conducted to examine the effect of feeding frequency on growth,feed utilization and body composition of juvenile golden pompano(Trachinotus ovatus) reared in net pens.Five feeding frequencies,0.5,1,2,3 or 4 meal d-1,were designed.Initial body weight of the experimental fish was 10 g fish-1.During the trial,water temperature was 27.5±1.0℃,and the fish were fed to satiation in each feeding.Feed intake,weight gain(WG) and specific growth rate(SGR) increased with the increase of feeding frequency.The feed intake was lower in fish fed at 0.5 or 1 meal d-1 than the other treatments.The WG and SGR were higher in fish fed at 3 or 4 meal d-1 than in fed at 0.5,1 or 2 meal d-1,but no significant differences were found between the fish fed at 3 or 4 meal d-1.Feed conversion ratio of the fish fed at 0.5 meal d-1 was higher than that of the other treatments.Our results suggest 3 meal d-1 should be the suitable feeding frequency for juvenile golden pompano reared in net pens.
