益生菌对草鱼养殖水质的作用及其排泄物的降解率

【摘要】 本研究探讨益生芽胞杆菌对草鱼养殖水质的作用及其排泄物的降解率。试验分三组,Ⅰ组加菌(益生芽孢杆菌:109cfu/g),池底无淤泥;Ⅱ组加菌,池底有淤泥;Ⅲ组无菌(对照组),池底有淤泥,检测益生菌对水质因子的影响。虹吸法吸取草鱼的粪便,制成浓度为12mg*L-1溶液,检测(芽孢杆菌:6mg*L-1)水样中NH3-N、NO2-N、NO3-N、PO43-P及COD的降解率。结果显示,试验组氨氦、亚硝酸盐明显低于对照组,溶氧明显高于对照组。试验组与对照组的pH变化不大。益生菌对草鱼粪便中COD和NO3-N具有显著的降解效果。随着温度的提高,COD和NO3-N的降解率趋势提高,COD的平均降解率为65%,NO3-N则平均降解率为51%;NH3-N、NO2-N、PO43-P的平均降解率呈负值。表明益生菌可以降解氨氮等有机物,改善养殖水质。
【Abstract】 The effects of probiotics on culture-ponds water of grass carp and degrading ratios of excrement were tested in this study.GroupⅠwithout silts(probiotics:109cfu/g) and groupⅡwith silts were regarded as trial groups,groupⅢwithout probiotics was regarded as control group.And the culture-ponds water factors were tested.The excrements were extracted and made into solution 12mgL-1.And degrading ratios of NH3-N、NO2-N、N03-N、P043-P and COD were tested(probiotics:6mgL-1).The results showed that NH3-N、NO2-N of groupⅠ、Ⅱwas significent lower than groupⅢ,dissolved oxygen was higher than groupⅢ.There was no significent difference in pH between groupⅠ、Ⅱand groupⅢ.The degrading ratios of COD and NO3-N in the excrement by probiotics was effective.Moreover,the degrading retios of COD and NO3-N was higher with the temperature hoisting,The degrading ratios of COD was 65%,NO3-N was 51%,yet NH3-N、NO2-N and PO43-P were negative.It indicated that probiotics may degrade organic substances and improve culture-ponds water.
