【摘要】 于2011年研究了莫氏马尾藻(Sargassum mcclurei)的有性繁殖特性和规律,观察了莫氏马尾藻的成熟季节,雌、雄生殖托的繁殖特点、受精卵的形成、假根的发育、幼孢子体生长特征。并研究了不同附着基对采苗效果的影响。结果表明:莫氏马尾藻的繁殖期为5月至7月初,其卵子发育属8核1卵型,假根是由基部一个细胞分化发育而来,瓷砖附苗的密度可达40株/cm2以上,在培育15d后,鼠尾藻幼苗长度为1-2mm左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristic and regularity of sexual reproduction of Sargassum mcclurei were studied in Maoming,Guangdong,China,in 2011.It gives a observation on S.mcclurei follows: reproductive season,characteristic of male and female receptacles,ovum formation,rhizoid development and growth of young sporophyte.In addition,the effect of different substrate applied were compared in the seedling production.The results showed that the seaweed reproduced from May to mid-June;had the ovum of 8-nuclei,rhizoids were developed from one cell in the base of zygote;the density of attached seedlings was above 40 strain/ cm2;average length of seedlings reached 1-2 mm within 15 days.更多还原
