不同盐度对光裸方格星虫孵化率及幼虫生长与存活的影响

【摘要】 采用实验生态方法研究了不同盐度下光裸方格星虫(Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus)受精卵的孵化情况及对海球幼虫存活和生长的影响,通过单因素方差分析和Duncan多重比较法对实验结果进行统计分析,以期为星虫的人工育苗提供参考。结果表明:光裸方格星虫受精卵的最适、较适、适宜、临界孵化盐度分别是21.72~26.94、20.04~28.90、17.48~31.26、16.5~34.14。海球幼虫最适、较适、适宜、临界存活盐度分别是24.33~26.94、22.70~28.90、19.11~37.38、16.50~42.60。此外,不同盐度对幼虫的生长也存在一定的影响,最高体宽日增长率达12.86m/d,对应盐度为24.33;最高体长日增长率达38.10 m/d,对应盐度为26.94。在16.5~26.94盐度下海球幼虫体宽日增长率、体长日增长率分别达到10~12 m/d和37~38m/d,而在29.55~42.6盐度下体宽日增长率、体长日增长率分别只有8~10 m/d和35~36m/d。也就是低盐度更利于幼虫的生长。

【Abstract】 This experiment using ecological approaches to study the impact to survival percentage, fertilized egg hatching and the growth difference of the Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus larvae under different salinity condition.Statistical analysis of experimental results with the ANOVA and Duncan’s analysis,with a view to provide a reference for esculenta in artificial breeding.The result shows that:the best suitable hatching salinity is 21.72~26.94,suitable salinity scope for hatch is 20.04~28.90,suitable hatching salinity scope is 17.48~31.26 and the critical salinity is 16.50~42.60 for the Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus.And the best suitable survival salinity,suitable salinity,suitable hatching salinity and the critical salinity are,24.33~26.94,22.70~28.90, 19.11~37.38,16.50~42.60.In addition,the different salinity also has the certain influence to the young larvae’s growth,the highest length of day-growth rate reaches 38.10m/d,Salinity corresponding to 26.94,and the highest width day-growth rate reaches 12.86m/d,salinity corresponding to 24.33.Inl6.5~26.94 salinity larvae width growth reached 10~12mm/d, 37~38mm/d,And 29.55~42.6 salinity width growth rate and day-long growth ra
