使用微生态制剂对主养草鱼水体鱼产量和水质的影响

【摘要】 通过水槽实验检验了3种微生态制剂(诺碧清生物净水剂、光合细菌粉剂、EM菌粉剂)对主养草鱼水体鱼产量及水质的影响。实验在2000 L聚乙烯水槽中进行。采用单因素实验设计,设诺碧清菌、光合细菌、EM菌、对照组(不添加微生态制剂)4个处理,每个处理设3个重复。实验期间定期采样分析氨氮、硝酸盐态氮、亚硝酸盐态氮、总氮、活性磷、总磷、高锰酸钾指数、主要离子、初级生产力、水呼吸量。实验结束时测定鱼产量。结果表明:各处理间氨氮、硝酸盐态氮、亚硝酸盐态、总氮、活性磷、总磷、高锰酸钾指数、叶绿素a浓度、初级生产力、水呼吸量、鱼产量和饲料系数均无显著差异。实验期间氨氮、硝酸盐态氮、亚硝酸盐态、活性磷浓度降低,初步分析系由浮游植物利用所致,而非添加微生态制剂的作用。添加微生态制剂未能显著改善水质,其原因初步分析可能与实验水体内溶氧偏低有关,有关微生态制剂发挥作用的适宜环境条件尚待进一步探索。
【Abstract】 The effects of adding three microecologics,Novozymes pond plus,photosynthetic bacteria and EM bacteria,on fish yield and water quality of grass carp farming was examined through a outdoor experiment conducted in 2000 L polyethylene tanks.Four treatments,including control,Novozymes bacteria,photosynthetic bacteria and EM bacteria,were established.During the experiment,fishes were fed formulated fish feed twice daily,and water samples were collected and analyzed regularly.There were no significant differences in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,total nitrogen,reactive phosphate,total phosphorus,chemical oxygen demand,chlorophyll a,primary productivity,water respiration,fish yield and feed conversion ratio among the treatments. Ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,total nitrogen and reactive phosphate decreased during the experiment, this should be attributed to phytoplankton consumption,rather than the activity of the added bacteria.The lost function of the added bacteria might be due to the lowered dissoloved oxygen concentration.Further investigation are needed to explore the suitable environmental conditions for amplifying the function of the added bacteria.
