黄颡鱼二、三倍体幼鱼生长性能的比较研究

【摘要】 为了探讨黄颡鱼二、三倍体幼鱼的生长差异,作者定期测定了在相同养殖条件下两者体长、体重的变化情况。结果表明:经过2个月的养殖,黄颡鱼二倍体幼鱼从初始值(均重3.89±1.01 g,均长7.35±0.50 cm),增长至体重9.89±3.94 g、体长9.71±1.42 cm,消耗饲料132.7g,饵料系数1.11;黄颡鱼三倍体幼鱼从初始值(均重3.63±0.83g,均长7.21±0.38cm),增长至体重9.6l±3.20g、体长9.80±1.23 cm,消耗饲料135.79g,饵料系数1.18。三倍体黄颡鱼比二倍体增重率、特定生长率稍高,体长增长率及体长特定生长率偏高,饵料系数略高。统计分析结果显示各生长指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to investigate the difference of diploid and triploid juvenile Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in growth.The changing of body length and body weight of juvenile P.fulvidraco in the same culture condition was measured regularly.The results showed that body weight of juvenile diploids were increasing from initial weight 3.89±1.01g to 9.89±3.94g and body length from initial length 7.35±0.50cm to 9.71±1.42cm during two month. Food consumed wasl32.7g and food coefficient wasl.l 1.Body weight of triploids was increasing from initial weight 3.63±0.83g to 9.61±3.20g and body length from initial length 7.21±0.38cm to 9.80±1.23cm.Food consumed was 135.79g and food coefficient was 1.18.Triploids were unremarkably higher than diploids in weight growth rate and the specific growth rate and body length growth rate and the specific length growth rate and food coefficient(P> 0.05).
