密度和物理接触对刺参个体生长差异的影响
Effects of Stocking Density and Body Physical Contact on Growth of Sea Cucumber,Apostichopus japonicus

【摘要】 本文通过养殖密度和物理隔离结合的实验,揭示物理接触和化学因素对刺参生长的影响。实验设8个处理组,1、3、5、7组为分隔单养组,养殖密度分别为1、2、4、6头/40L;2、4、6、8组为群养组,养殖密度分别为2、4、6、8头/40L。实验结果显示,随着养殖密度的增大刺参的平均生长率显著降低,体壁中的粗蛋白和粗脂肪也有所下降,摄食能用于生长的比例(G/C)显著下降。在高密度处理组(4、6头/40L)中,群养刺参的平均生长率与相同密度的分隔单养刺参的平均生长率差异不大,但前者的生长变异系数(分别为57.95%和60.42%)显著大于后者的生长变异系数(分别为37.80%和35.75%)。高密度下群养与隔离单养刺参间生长变异系数差值(分别为20.15%和24.67%)小于分隔单养刺参的生长变异系数(32.67%),表明本实验中刺参间物理接触的影响小于刺参个体间的遗传差异的影响。实验结果证明,高密度下刺参的生长受刺参个体间的物理接触、遗传因素和个体间化学信息的共同影响,而刺参的生长变异主要受物理接触和遗传因素的影响。
【Abstract】 The study was conducted to investigate the effects of physical contact and chemical mediator on the growth of A.japonicus through various stocking densities,group culture and physical isolation culture.The results showed that the SGRs,the feed conversion efficiencies and the energy deposited as growth of the animal decreased with the increase of stocking density, while the CV in group culture treatments increased.In high density treatments(4,6 ind./40L),the SGRs in isolated culture treatments were not different to those in group culture treatments of the same density,however the CVs in the latter(58.0%and 60.4%,respectively) were significantly higher than those in the former(37.8%and 35.8%,respectively).The CV difference between group one and isolated one of the same density(20.2%and 24.7%,respectively) was less than that in single individual culture(32.7%),indicating that the effect of physical contact on growth variation was weaker than that of genetic factor.This study proved that the growth rate of A. japonicus was affected by physical contact,genetic factor and chemical mediator,while the CV resulted mainly from genetic factor and physical contact.
