响应面法优化脉红螺牛磺酸提取工艺研究

【摘要】 牛磺酸(Taurine)是人体必需的重要氨基酸之一,具有独特的药理及营养保健作用。本研究在单因素实验的基础上,采用三元二次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究在自然pH条件下料液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度对牛磺酸提取率的影响,建立各因子与牛磺酸提取率关系的数学回归模型,确定最佳提取条件是:料液比1:3、提取时间2h、乙醇浓度65%。经试验验证,在此条件下提取2次,牛磺酸提取率为0.73%,与理论计算值0.73782%基本一致。回归模型能较好地预测脉红螺中牛磺酸的提取率,说明响应面分析法得到的脉红螺牛磺酸提取工艺参数真实可靠,具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Taurine is one of the important amino acids essential to human beings,with unique pharmacological and nutritional health care.The effects of ratio of solvent to material,treatment time and ethanol concentration were investigated at natural pH by using statistical techniques such as quadratic orthogonal rotary composite design which based on single factor experiments.The mathematical regression model of the relationships between the studied factors and extraction rate of taurine was constructed,the optimum extraction conditions of taurine were ratio of material to solventl:3,treatment time 2h and ethanol concentration 65%.Under the best extraction conditions whose frequency of extraction was 2,the yield of taurine was 0.73%,which was close to the estimated value 0.73782%attained by using regression model. The model for the yield of taurine had better prediction effects,the parameters of taurine extraction for Pulse venosa obtained by response surface methodology were true and reliable,had some practical value.
