甲硫氨酸脑啡肽对短蛸血淋巴中两种水解酶活力的影响

【摘要】 向短蛸(Octopus ocellatus)血淋巴中加入不同浓度的甲硫氨酸脑啡肽(met-Enkephalin,met-ENK)后,采用生化方法测定了短蛸血清和血细胞中酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(α-Naphthy AcetateEsterase,ANAE)和甲硫氨酰氨肽酶(methionine aminopeptidases,MetAP)的活力。结果表明:实验组血清ANAE活力均低于对照组,ANAE活力随met-ENK浓度递增呈现递减趋势,且差异极显著;实验组血细胞ANAE活力均低于对照组,ANAE活力随met-ENK浓度递增呈现递减趋势,met-ENK浓度为1.00μg/ml时,差异显著;met-ENK浓度为5.00μg/ml和25.00μg/ml时,差异极显著。由此可见,Met-ENK对短蛸血清ANAE活力有很强的抑制作用,低浓度的Met-ENK对短蛸血细胞ANAE活力有较强的抑制作用,较高浓度的Met-ENK对短蛸血细胞ANAE活力有很强的抑制作用。Met-ENK浓度为1.00μg/ml和5.00μg/ml时,对短蛸血清MetAP活力有较弱的抑制作用;Met-ENK浓度为25.00μg/ml时,对短蛸血清MetAP活力有较强的抑制作用。Met-ENK对短蛸血细胞MetAP活力有很强的促进效应,且此效应具浓度依赖性。

【Abstract】 Theα-Naphthy Acetate Esterase(ANAE) and methionine aminopeptidases(MetAP) activities were investigated after different doses met-enkephalin(MET-ENK) were added into the haemolymph of Octopus ocellatus Gray.The results were as follows.The ANAE activities in the experimental group blood serum of Octopus ocellatus was lower than the control group,the ANAE activities presented the decreasing progressively tendency along with the met-ENK density increasing, and the difference was extremely remarkable;The ANAE activities in the experimental group blood corpuscle was lower than the control group,the ANAE activities when presented the decreasing progressively tendency along with the met-ENK density increasing,the concentration of Met-ENK was 1.00μg/ml,the difference was remarkable;when the concentration of Met-ENK was between 5.00μg/ml and 25.00μg/ml,the difference was extremely remarkable.Thus it can be seen,Met-ENK had the very strong inhibitory action to the short blood serum ANAE activities,low concentration Met-ENK has the strong inhibitory action to the short blood corpuscle ANAE activities,high density’s Met-ENK has the very strong inhibitory action to the short blood corpuscle ANAE activities.When the concentration of Met-ENK was between l.00μg/ml and 5.00μg/ml,the methionine aminopeptidases(MetAP) activities in the blood serum of Octopus ocellatus were restrained faintishly; when the concentration of Met-ENK was 25.00μg/ml,the methionine aminopeptidases(MetAP) activities in the blood serum of Octopus ocellatus were restrained strongly.The MetAP activities in the blood corpuscle were enhanced strongly with increasing concentration of the Met-ENK.
