网箱养殖鮸鱼假单胞菌病病原的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 2008年4-5月,浙江舟山佛度网箱养殖鮸鱼发生疾病并造成规模死亡,主要症状表现为肝、脾、肾脏有许多大小为0.5-1mm的白色结节。从具有典型白色结节症状鮸鱼的肝、肾脏及结节部位分离到一菌株MY-1,人工感染实验表明该菌株对健康鮸鱼具有较强致病性,且能复制出与自然发病鮸鱼相似的白色结节症状,初步确定所分离的菌株为引起网箱养殖鮸鱼内脏结节病的致病菌。进一步通过病原菌形态学、生理生化及16S rRNA基因序列分析,确定该细菌MY-1为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonasputida)。药敏试验结果表明,病原菌对强力霉素、复方新诺明、氯霉素、氟派酸、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那等6种药物敏感。
【Abstract】 Serious epidemic of Miichthys miiuy cultured in net-cage in zhoushan fodu,Zhejiang Province, broke out from April to May 2008.The main symptom of the diseased fish was the appearance of many 0.5-lmm size white spots in the liver,spleen and kidney.The bacterium MY-1 isolated from the spot,liver, spleen and kidney of the typical diseased fish was proved to be infectious and lethal to the healthy ones.It can lead to the same symptom of visceral white spot and was confirmed to be the pathogen of the epidemic by challenge test.The morphological,physiological and biochemical tests,16S rRNA sequence analysis of the bacterium was then determined.By the means of 16S rRNA sequence analysis plus morphological, physiological and biochemical tests,the bacterium MY-1 was identified as Pseudomonas putida.
