微生态制剂和着色剂对锦鲤体色的影响

【摘要】 本文采取投喂和泼洒两种方式比较了不同剂型的微生态制剂和着色剂对锦鲤体色的影响。以总类胡萝卜素含量作为锦鲤体色衡量标准的结果表明:投喂微生态制剂一定时间后可以使锦鲤皮肤和尾鳍出现增色的效果,但短时间内并不显著,停止投喂微生态制剂后也不会出现使锦鲤减色的现象;泼洒微生态制剂既不能起到使锦鲤增色的作用,也不会有减色的现象发生,泼洒微生态制剂在养殖生产中对锦鲤体色的影响可以忽略。因此,无论是投喂还是泼洒微生态制剂对锦鲤体色的作用都是安全的,且若长期投喂微生态制剂可以使锦鲤在一定程度上改善色泽。在饲料中添加着色剂(如虾青素和螺旋藻粉),可以使锦鲤皮肤和尾鳍中的总类胡萝卜素含量迅速增加,从而起到使锦鲤在短时间内迅速增色的效果,但是在停止使用着色剂以后,鱼体又会因类胡萝卜素的分解而发生快速减色的现象。因此,建议控制饲料中着色剂的添加量和使用时期。
【Abstract】 The present study focuses on the changes in the body color of brocaded carp(Cyprinus carprio) caused by feeding and splashing different types of the microecological preparation and coloring agents.The results evaluated by the total carotenoids contents as the indicator of the body color of brocaded carp demonstrate that neither feeding nor splashing the microecological preparation will cause any adverse effects on the body color of brocaded carp.In specific,feeding the microecological preparation for a short period of time can result in an insignificant color-enhancement of the skin and the caudal fin and without disappear in the body color after stopping feeding the microecological preparation;Whereas splashing the microecological preparation cannot enhance the body color and vice versa.Besides,adding coloring agents such as astaxanthin and spirulina powder into the feeding stuffs can enhance the body color in a relatively short period of time due to the increasing total carotenoids contents in the skin and the caudal fin.However, the added color will disappear as a result of the rapid decomposition of the carotenoids in the absence of the coloring agents.Therefore,it is suggested that the use of coloring agents should be under control.
