投喂浮性料与冰鲜鱼养南方鲇的减碳技术效益对比

【摘要】 选择简阳市沱江村10口水泥试验池、以28克/尾南方鲇为研究对象、开展了投喂141浮性饲料(简称141)与冰鲜鱼在放养密度4尾/平方、6尾/平方下的减碳养殖效益对比试验。结果表明:投喂141组与冰鲜鱼的全程饲料系数分别为0.862和2.837,后者是前者的3.3倍;饲料组水中溶氧更高,氨氮与亚硝态氮更低,N、P排放更少,141组与冰鲜鱼组的南方鲇末重和重活率相似;但141组南方鲇的体型、体色与相近,且长距离运输成活率比冰鲜鱼组高20%以上,经济效益更佳。与6尾/m~2相比,放养密度为4尾/m~2时南方鲇的末重更大,饲料系数更低,经济效益更好。投喂浮性饲料养殖南方鲇是一种更经济、更环保的低碳养殖技术方式。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted in 10 cement tanks in Tuojiang village,Jianyang of Sichuan province to compare the performance of China southern largemouth catfish(Silurus meridiondis chan) fed with floating pelleted(#141,Tongwei Co.Ltd.) feed and trash fish and stocked at 4 and 6 fish/m2.Results showed that there was no significant difference in survival rate and final mean weight between the catfish fed with floating pelleted feed and frozen trash fish,giving feed conversion ratios of 0.862 and 2.837, respectively.The tanks fed with floating pelleted feed had higher dissolved oxygen,lower total ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen,and less nitrogen and phosphorus discharged to the environment as well as giving better economic returns than those fed with frozen trash fish.Compared to the trash fish,using floating pelleted feed to culture China southern largemouth catfish is more economical and more environmentally-friendly.
