N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖对Cd2+和Pb2+吸附作用的研究

【摘要】 目前世界范围内水资源的重金属污染问题受到了广泛的关注,为开发新型吸附剂,降低重金属对水产品的污染,本文研究了N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖(N,O-CMC)对Cd2+和Pb2+的吸附条件,探讨了pH、温度、吸附时间、N,O-CMC添加量和金属离子初始浓度等因素对其吸附性能的影响,并首次应用透析的方法将吸附后的物质进行分离。结果表明,分别在pH7和pH7—8 N,O-CMC对Cd2+和Pb2+的吸附能力最强;低温有利于N,O-CMC的吸附;在较短时间内N,O-CMC对Cd2+和Pb2+就达到较大的吸附;随着N,O-CMC添加量的增加,其对Cd2+和Pb2+的吸附能力也增强;随着初始金属离子浓度的增大,其对Cd2+和Pb2+的吸附率降低。N,O-CMC对Cd2+、Pb2+的吸附动力学和热力学分别符合Lagergren方程二级吸附模型和Langmuir吸附方程。结论:N,O-CMC对不同金属离子的吸附能力不同,在单一金属溶液中,N,O-CMC对Pb2+的吸附能力要强于Cd2+的。
【Abstract】 Heavy metal contamination of various water resources is of great concern in the whole world, for the development of new adsorbent,reducing the pollution of heavy metals on aquatic products,the N,O-carboxymethyl-chitosan(N,O-CMC) were used to investigate the adsorptions of two metals of Cd2+ and Pb2+ ions in an aqueous solution.The absorption properties of N,O-CMC were evaluated by the effects of pH,temperature,reaction time,adsorbent dose and initial metal ion concentration,and the dialysis method was first applied to separate the materials after adsorption.The results showed that at pH 7 and pH7-8 the N,O-CMC had the best absorption of Cd2+ and Pb2+,respectively;low temperature was benefit to absorption;large absorption to Cd2+ and Pb2+ reached in a short time;the absorption to Cd2+and Pb2+ was enhanced with the increase of N,O-CMC amount;with initial metal ion concentration adding,the absorption to Cd2+ and Pb2+ was reducing.At the same time,study the N,O-CMC adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics of the Cd2+ and Pb2+,found them according with Lagergren equation adsorption model 2 and the Langmuir adsorption equation.Conclusion:the adsorption capacity of N,O-CMC is different with the changes of metal ions,in single metal solution,the adsorption capacity of N,O-CMC to Pb2+ was stronger than Cd2+.
