新疆布伦托海轮虫群落结构与环境因子的相关性分析

【摘要】 研究了新疆布伦托海轮虫的群落结构特征以及和环境因子的关系,经过2006年秋至2008年夏对轮虫季节和空间变化的研究中得出,轮虫的密度和生物量在2006年秋季和2007年夏季达到高峰;在水平空间变化中,根据岛屿理论,大水体的轮虫种类比其他三个小水体多,而密度和生物量在小水体的骆驼脖子中达到最大。根据轮虫的习性,在大大水体中,湖心区的轮虫种类、密度和生物量都达到最大值。在与环境因子的相关性分析中,非生物因子中的温度与轮虫的生物量有极显著的正相关关系,作为食物的上行效应的浮游植物在季节变化中对轮虫的生物量起主导作用,而在空间变化中起竞争作用的枝角类和起捕食作用的剑水蚤的下行效应对轮虫起主导作用。

【Abstract】 The spatial distribution of rotifers of Buluntuohai Lake was seasonally studied from autumn 2006~summer 2008.Concurrently,various environmental parameters were measured and related to rotifers. Rotifer density and biomass showed a clear seasonal pattern with one peak in autumn 2006 and another in summer 2007.The spatial dynamics of rotifers in all two years were characterized by two distinctive aspects:1) In Buluotuohai,the maximum density and biomass were recorded in Luotuobozi(the smaller water body),and the biggest number of species was identified in Dashuiti(the bigger water body).2) In dashuiti, density and biomass of rotifer decreased at sampling sites in the order limnetic of zone > littoral of weasten > littoral of easten.Correlation analysis showed that density and biomass data for rotifers were related to several environmental variables(abiotic factors and biotic factors).Temperature and biomass of phytoplankton and cladocera,cyclopida,were identified as the most important variables.Seasonal changes of the rotifer biomass among lakes was mainly determined by phytoplankton,as potential predators (cyclopida) and competitors(cladocera) showed significant influence in habitat use.
