胶州湾西北部潮间带冬季大型底栖动物丰度和生物量研究

【摘要】 本文根据2009年2月份在胶州湾西北部潮间带进行的7断面35个站位的底栖生物采样调查资料,研究了潮间带冬季大型底栖动物的数量分布状况。结果表明,调查共获得底栖动物49种,平均丰度为88.1 ind/m2,平均生物量为77.8 g.wwt·m-2:主要优势种为菲律宾蛤仔、缢蛏、凸壳肌蛤和日本大眼蟹。总体丰度中潮区较高,生物量在低潮区较大;断面5丰度、生物量均最高,断面1丰度、生物量均最低。
【Abstract】 According to the survey of 35 macrobenthos sampling stations of 7 sections in the intertidal zone of northwestern Jiaozhou Bay in February,2009,the paper studied on the distribution of macrobenthos in winter.The results showed that 49 kinds of macrobenthos were found in the survey,with an average abundance of 88.1 ind/m2,average biomass of 77.8 g.wwt·m-2;Dominant species are Ruditapes philippinarum,Sinonovacula constricta,Musculus senhousei,Macrophthalmus japonicus.The total abundance is higher in midtidal region,the total biomass is higher in low tidal region;section 5 has the highest abundance and biomass while section 1 has the lowest one.The abundance and biomass of Polychaete differ significantly in tidal stretch,and the lower midtidal region has the highest distribution; Crustacean’s abundance and biomass have no significant difference in sections or tidal regions;the distribution of Molluscs biomass between sections differs significantly,section 5 gets the highest quantity. The species composition,abundance and biomass of macrobenthos vary a lot,and the complexity of the environment and artificial disturbances may be the main reason for the uneven distribution of northwest Jiaozhou Bay.
