【摘要】 通过对高邮湖北部区域各理化指标测定和浮游植物定性、定量调查,结果显示,高邮湖共有浮游植物8门23科38属66种,其中绿藻门14属27种,占全部种类的40.91%;蓝藻门9属16种,占全部种类的24.24%。浮游植物细胞密度值为19.40×106 ind/L,生物量4.83mg/L。高邮湖综合营养状态指数在51.14-60.53之间,浮游植物群落以绿藻、蓝藻为主,Margalef生物多样性指数为1.528,说明高邮湖处于轻度富营养化状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 The water quality and structure and amount of algae phytoplankton in Gaoyou Lake were investigated and the trophic status was determined.The results showed 66 species belonged to 38 genera,23 families,8 phyla,of which 27 species belong to 14 genera of Chlorphyta and 16 species belong to 9 genera of Cyanophyta,the percentage of them are 40.91%and 24.24%.The average density and biomass of phytoplankton were 19.40×106 ind/L and 4.83 mg/L.The comprehensive nutrition state index was between 51.14 and 60.53,the phytoplankton community structure was of green-blue agale type and Margalef index was 1.528.All the features indicated that the lake can be regarded as light eutrophication and there was the tendency of middle eutrophication.更多还原
