壳寡糖金属配合物对扇贝重金属Cd的影响

【摘要】 镉(Cd)是水产品的主要重金属污染物之一。本文调查了青岛市售扇贝的Cd含量,染Cd及海水暂养脱Cd规律,重点研究了壳寡糖金属配合物对扇贝中重金属Cd的脱除情况。对青岛市2008年市售栉孔扇贝重金属Cd的含量调查表明,栉孔扇贝多数存在重金属Cd超标现象;栉孔扇贝内脏团中重金属Cd含量相当于闭壳肌中的20倍。染Cd的扇贝在海水中不易自行脱Cd。采用壳寡糖钙(COS-Ca)、壳寡糖镁(COS-Mg)、壳寡糖锌(COS-zn)、壳寡糖铁(COS-Fe)和壳寡糖稀土(COS-Ree)等五种壳寡糖金属配合物,分别对染Cd的栉孔扇贝脱Cd,发现配合物对栉孔扇贝体内Cd含量均有一定的脱除作用。COS-Ca、COS-Mg和COS-Ree处理组Cd脱除效果较好,12天内COS-Ca、COS-Mg和COS-Ree处理组栉孔扇贝体内Cd含量分别降低了46%、52%和47.8%。COS-Zn和COS-Fe处理组Cd脱除率达到17%和13%。比较了壳聚糖(CTS)、壳聚糖铈(CTS-Ce)、壳聚糖茶多糖铈(CTS-TPS-Ce)、壳聚糖茶多糖(CTS-TPS)、壳聚糖锌(CTS-Zn)5种树脂均对扇贝酶解液中Cd残留的脱除能力,结果发现它们均可有效地脱除扇贝水解液中Cd残留,脱除率40%左右,其中CTS-Zn树脂对扇贝裙边酶解液中的Cd的脱除率达80%以上,对蛋白质、氨基酸及人体有益的金属元素如Fe、Zn、Ca、Mg等影响较小。

【Abstract】 Cadmium(Cd) is one of the mainest marine heavy metal pollutants.In this paper,Cd content in fresh Chlamys Ferrari sold in market was investigated during the whole year of 2008 in Qingdao,the rule of C.Ferrari accumulation in sea water exposed to Cd and its removal in cleaned sea water,and studied the Cd removal by chitosan oligosaccharide complexes from fresh C.Ferrari.The result of the investigation on the Cd conten in C.Ferrari was found that it was existed the over-standard phenomena;and Cd in viscera was 20 times than that in the adductor muscle.C.Ferrari exposed to Cd was hardly to removal Cd in the cleaned sea water.The resins of COS-Ca,COS-Mg,COS-Zn,COS-Fe and COS-Ree had Cd removal capability from fresh C.Ferrari.Among of them,COS-Ca,COS-Mg and COS-Ree behaved a higher Cd removal capability than the others.In 12 days,Cd content was decreased for 46%,52%and 47.8%by the treatment of COS-Ca, COS-Mg and COS-Ree,respectively.However,Cd content in the group of COS-Zn and COS-Fe treatment were 17%and 13%,respectively.Comparisons with Cd removal capability from enzymatic hydrolysis of C. Ferrari skirt by the resins made of CTS,CTS-Ce,CTS-TPS-Ce,CTS-TPS,and CTS-Zn,all of these five kinds of resin had Cd removal capacity and CTS-Zn was the best one among them.And these treatments had little effect on the beneficial metal elements such as Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg.
