【摘要】 本文以鲟鱼皮为原料,研究了预浸水时添加0%～6%的甲醛对鲟鱼皮大鳞板松动的影响,得出要防止鲟鱼皮大鳞板松动最适宜的甲醛添加量为0.4%;通过正交试验法研究了不同浸灰液配比对鲟鱼皮革质量的影响,得出浸灰液的配比为石灰8%、硫化钠(含量60%)3%及硫氢化钠(含量60%)1.5%时,其所研制的皮革感官评价较佳;通过正交试验法研究了软化工艺对鲟鱼皮革质量的影响,得出酶量0.8%、温度35℃及时间1.5h的软化工艺所研制的皮革感官评价较好;同时通过研究四种不同的氧化还原漂白组合对鲟鱼皮的脱色效果,得出亚氯酸钠(2%)和亚硫酸氢钠(1.5%)组合的氧化还原漂白法效果最佳。通过以上内容的研究确立了鲟鱼皮制革的优化工艺,该工艺试制的鲟鱼皮革其物理、化学性能指标总体上大大优于QB/T 1873-2004鞋面用皮革的标准和QB 1872-1993服装用皮革标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the Amur sturgeon cartilaginous were taked as the material,the effect of adding 0%～6%formaldehyde when prepreg on big dissepiment lossening was studied.The results showed that,the optimum formaldehyde addition was 0.4%.The effect of different liming liquor ratio on leather quality was studied by orthogonal test,the optimum liming liquor ratio was obtained as follows:8%lime,3%sodimum sulfide(60%content) and 1.5%sodium hydrosulfide(60%content),the sensory evaluation of leather by this technology was better;the effect of softening process on leather quality was studied by orthogonal test,the results showed that,the sensory evaluation of leather by the technology of 0.8 enzyme amount,35℃and 1.5h was better;and the effect of different bleaching treatment on the decolorizing effect of amur sturgeon fish skin was studied,the results indicated that,the combination of 2%sodium chlorite and 1.5%sodium bisulfite has the best bleaching effect.Based on above research,the optimizing leather technology of amur sturgeon fishskin was established.The physical and chemical properties of amur sturgeon leather were better than the standard of shoe upper leather QB/T 1873-2004 and the standard of clothes leather QB 1872-1993.更多还原
