【摘要】 利用阿立新蓝过碘酸雪夫试剂染色方法,对波纹唇鱼消化道中粘液细胞的类型及分布进行了研究。根据AB-PAS染色结果,将粘液细胞分为四型:Ⅰ型,AB-PAS染色呈红色,含有PAS阳性的中性粘多糖;Ⅱ型,AB-PAS染色呈蓝色,含有AB阳性的酸性粘多糖;Ⅲ型,AB-PAS染色呈紫红色,主要含有PAS阳性的中性粘多糖,同时含有少量AB阳性的酸性粘多糖;Ⅳ型,AB-PAS染色呈蓝紫色,主要含有AB阳性的酸性粘多糖,同时含有少量PAS阳性的中性粘多糖。波纹唇鱼粘液细胞在消化道各部均有分布,不同部位粘液细胞密度和类型均有差异。Ⅱ型粘液细胞分布在靠近消化腔的部位,Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型粘液细胞多分布在粘膜层基部。口咽腔、舌和食道部位主要分布Ⅱ型和Ⅳ型粘液细胞;小肠和直肠粘膜粘膜层顶部主要分布Ⅱ型和Ⅳ型粘液细胞,基部主要为Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型粘液细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 The type and distributing of mucous cells in the alimentary canal of Cheilinus undulates R(U|¨)ppell were studied using the AB-PAS(Alcian blue and periodic acid Schiff’s reation) staining method.Four types of mucous cells were divided:typeⅠ,in pure red color,only PAS positive,containing neutral mucoitin; typeⅡ,only AB positive,AB-PAS that represent pure blue color,containing acid mucoitin;typeⅢ,in purplish blue color,both AB and PAS positive,containing mainly acid mucoitin and slightly neutral mucoitin;type IV,like typeⅢ,AB and PAS are all positive,but which containing mainly neutral mucoitin and slightly acid mucoitin,and represent bluish purple color.The mucous cells spreaded in each several part in the alimentary canal of Cheilinus undulates RUppell,but the consistency and type were differ acording to the position.TypeⅡmucous cells mainly distribute in the nearness gastrovascular cavity,typeⅢand type N mucous cell mainly distribute in the bottom of mucous layer.Buccopharyngeal cavity,tongue and esophagus mainly distributed typeⅡand typeⅣmucous cell;on the top of branchlike protuberances in small intestine and recta distributed typeⅡand typeⅣmucous cell,while in the bottom there distributed typeⅢand typeⅣmucous cell.更多还原
