石斑鱼工厂化育苗生态系不同粒级浮游生物呼吸率和初级生产率的测定
Size-fractionated plankton respiration rate and phytoplankton production rate in Industrialized Grouper Larval Rearing System

【摘要】 2008年10~11月于海南省万宁市港北业兴水产养殖有限公司石斑鱼繁育场,用8个水泥池,采用黑白瓶法研究了石斑鱼不同工厂化育苗方式的生态系统中不同粒级浮游生物的呼吸率和初级生产率。结果表明:加EM菌和虾片的菌1组(每次投放EM菌20mL/m3+虾片2g/m3,2次/d,8:00和15:00),水体中小型、微型及超微型浮游生物的平均呼吸率分别为0.012,0.177及0.347mg/(dm3·d),平均毛生产率分别为0.006,0.027及0.052mg/(dm3·d);加EM菌和虾片的菌2组(每次投放EM菌40mL/m3+虾片4g/m3,2次/d,8:00和15:00),小型、微型及超微型浮游生物的平均呼吸率分别为0.009,0.226及0.433mg/(dm3·d),平均毛生产率分别0.055,0.033及0.054mg/(dm3·d)。加微藻的藻1组(每次投放扁藻2×106ind/L,2次/d,8:00和15:00),水体中小型、微型及超微型浮游生物的平均呼吸率分别为0.024,0.031及0.260mg/(dm3·d),平均毛生产率分别为0.034,0.047及0.124mg/(dm3·d);加微藻的藻2组(每次投放扁藻4×106ind/L,2次/d,8:00和15:00),小型、微型及超微型浮游生物的平均呼吸率分别为0.089,0.067及0.336mg/(dm3·d),浮游植物的平均毛生产率分别为0.084,0.135及0.191mg/(dm3·d)。
【Abstract】 Respiration rates and production rates of size-fractionated plankton in Industrialized Grouper Larval Rearing Eco-systems were studied at eight experimental cement ponds in Yuexing grouper aquaculture breeding factory in Wanning City,Hainan Province during October-November in 2008.Plankton respiration and phytoplankton production rates were obtained through in situ experiment with light and dark bottle technique.The results were shown below:in the ecosystem added with EM l(2g/m3 shrimp chip and 20mL/m3 living bacteria were added timingly and quantitatively twice a day at 8:00 and 15:00),the mean respiration rate of minitype,microscale and ultramicroscale were 0.012,0.177 and 0.347mg/(dm3.d) respectively,and the mean primary productivity were 0.006,0.027 and 0.052mg/(dm3·d) respectively;in the ecosystem added with EM 2(4g/m3 shrimp chip and 40mL/m3 living bacteria were added timingly and quantitatively twice a day at 8:00 and 15:00),the mean respiration rate of minitype,microscale and ultrarnicroscale were 0.009,0.226 and 0.433mg/(dm3·d) respectively,and the mean primary productivity were 0.055,0.033 and 0.054mg/(dm3·d) respectively;in the ecosystem added with microalgae 1(2×106ind/L Platymonas sp.were added timingly and quantitatively twice a day at 8:00 and 15:00),the mean respiration rate of minitype,microscale and ultramicroscale were 0.024,0.031 and 0.260mg/(dm3·d) respectively,and the mean primary productivity were 0.034,0.047and 0.124mg/(dm3·d) respectively:in the ecosystem added with microalgae 2(4×106ind/L Platymonas sp.were added timingly and quantitatively twice a day at 8:00 and 15:00),the mean respiration rate of minitype,microscale and ultramicroscale were 0.089,0.067 and 0.336mg/(dm3·d) respectively,and the mean primary productivity were 0.084,0.135 and 0.191mg/(dm3·d) respectively.
