【摘要】 目的:环洞庭湖经济圈的农家乐的发展似乎陷入了瓶颈阶段。突破瓶颈取得持续的发展是该文讨论的目的。本论文以湖南省益阳市为例,同东部湖州市和西部南充市对比,分析城市化进程中的环洞庭湖经济圈的农家乐需求发展。方法:农家乐是城市化的结果,也是商业运作的结果。城市化水平决定了农家乐休闲产业的需求状况。城市化率越高、城市群越密集、便捷性越好表明该区域农家乐需求越旺。该地区农家乐的发展与城市化呈正相关。本文从城市化决定农家乐需求的角度出发,建立需求-收入模型,把农家乐看成是一种消费品,结论:城市化水平是决定农家乐发展的主要因素、农家乐有进一步发展的空间、农家乐正进入减速增长的阶段。本文最后并进一步提出当前环洞庭湖区农家乐应更新换代为"乡村旅游"、并在经营策略上应遵循需求导向的原则,走规模化、规范化经营的道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of Nongjiale around Dongting Lake has been trapped in the stage of bottle neck.How to achieve sustainable development is the purpose of this context.The author analyzes the demand of Nongjiale from the aspect of urbanization.The greatest force to push the development of this industry is the demand from the growing urban population.The development of Nongjiale attributes to both the local and surrounding areas,and accessibility by road.By establishing the Demand and Supply Model,it makes a conclusion that the market for it around Dongting Lake is still expanding,and it should be upgraded into agritourism and the operation of it should be guided by demand-oriented principle.更多还原
