【摘要】 农民工技能培训是促进农村劳动力转移的重要环节。本文以Holton培训迁移影响因素模型为基础,建立影响农民工技能培训效果影响因素的指标体系,并设计调查量表开展实证调研。通过因子分析找出影响广东农民工技能培训效果的8个关键因素,运用通径分析得到影响因素的相对重要程度以及影响因素之间如何影响培训效果。本研究可为改善与提高广东农民工技能培训效果提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Skills-training of the migrant workers is the essential part to promote the transfer of rural labor force.In this paper,the index system of the influence factors about the performance of skills-training of the migrant workers are built, on the base of Holton’s Influence Factors of Training Transfer Model,with the establishment of research scales and the empirical surveys.8 critical factors about the performance of skills-training of the migrant workers are found through the Factor Analysis Method.Path analysis is used to find out the relative importance of the influence factors and how the influence faotors have effects on the performance of the skills-training.The research can provide a reference of improving and reinforcement the performance of skills-training of the migrant workers in Guangdong.更多还原
