【Abstract】 Large-scale pig farm biogas project has certain external characteristics.The paper analyses the importance of the financial policy in promoting the development of large-scale pig farm biogas projects based on the externality theory,and through the experience learning of countries such as United States,European Union,Japan,Australia,India about financial policies of biogas and through the domestic financial policy review,the paper promotes some suggestions to impel the development of large-scale pig farm biogas project.更多还原
