小倾角离散多层爆炸容器失效模式研究

【摘要】 钢带缠绕倾角越小的离散多层爆炸容器具有更好的抗环向破坏能力,但可能因轴向强度不足发生轴向破坏。设计制造了3台简体长径比为2、钢带缠绕倾角为10°、内筒厚度相同但钢带缠绕层数不同的离散多层爆炸试验容器,通过中心爆炸加载试验,研究了小倾角离散多层爆炸容器的失效模式。试验结果表明,中心爆炸加载下3台试验容器都在爆心环面简体上环向爆破,没有出现内筒轴向破坏这种失效模式,爆炸冲击载荷作用下离散多层爆炸容器的破坏规律不同于离散多层压力容器。

【Abstract】 Discrete multi-layered explosion containment vessels(DMECVs) with a smaller ribbon winding angle have better ability to withstand internal explosion,but may be subjected to axial failure due to their insufficient axial strength.Three DMECVs discrete multilayered vessels with a small winding angle of 10°and a length diameter ratio of 2 were fabricated and tested to investigate their failure mode subjected to internal blast loading induced by TNT set at the centers of their cavities.Experimental results indicate that the three DMECVs were all burst at the cylindrical portion around the explosion center,the cracks on their inner shell are along axial direction and their failure mode is circumferential,which is different from the axial failure mode of discrete multi-layered pressure vessels with a small winding angle under static loading.
