cr5Mo的A302和Ni基焊接接头在湿硫化氢环境下的应力腐蚀开裂

【摘要】 随着国内越来越多地炼制高硫原油,Cr5Mo异质接头经常暴露于湿硫化氢环境下,硫化物导致的应力腐蚀开裂时有发生。本文采用慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT)对Cr5Mo/A302/0Cr18Ni9和Cr5Mo/ENiCrFe-3/0Cr18Ni9两种接头在空气、2000×10-6(质量分数)以及饱和硫化氢溶液环境下的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性以及碳迁移对应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响进行了研究,SSRT结果表明,①焊态和时效56hr的A302接头性能略优于镍基接头;②经过56hr时效后,由于两种接头中残余应力得到充分释放,且A302接头中碳迁移不严重,因此两种接头性能都明显优于焊态;③时效时间增加到98h,随着Cr5Mo/A302/0Cr18Ni9接头中出现严重的碳迁移,其性能差于Cr5Mo/ENiCrFe-3/0Cr18Ni9。

【Abstract】 Cr5Mo dissimilar metal welds with austenitic and Ni-based weld metal are frequently exposed to the environment containing wet H2S because crude oil with high concentration sulfur is refined in China in the recent years.Sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSCC) of Cr5Mo dissimilar metal welds may happen because of the presence of wet hydrogen sulfide(H2S).In this paper,two kinds of dissimilar joints,Cr5Mo/A302/0Cr18Ni9 and Cr5Mo/ENiCrFe-3/0Cr18Ni9,were selected to evaluate the susceptibility of SSCC.Slow strain rate test(SSRT) were performed in inert environment(air),2000×10-6(wt) and saturated H2S solution.The effect of carbon migration to SSCC of two kinds of the dissimilar joints exposed to the environment containing wet H2S was also investigated.SSRT results show that the SSCC susceptibility of the Cr5Mo/A302/0Cr18Ni9 joint aged with 56hr is superior to that of as-welded dissimilar joints due to decrease in residual stress and slight carbon migration,and with the increase in the aging time(98hr),its SSCC susceptibility increases due to serious carbon migration. While for the aged Cr5Mo/ENiCrFe-3/0Cr18Ni9 dissimilar welded joint,there is no obvious degradation in the resistance of SSCC because of the decrease in residual stress and slight carbon migration.
