电解液成分对阴极等离子体电解沉积镍的影响

【摘要】 阴极等离子体电解沉积是一项利用包覆阴极的气泡膜被放电击穿形成等离子体,从而实现高速率沉积的新兴电沉积技术。在建立阴极等离子体电解沉积镍试验条件的基础上,分别采用不同的乙醇、柠檬酸浓度及不同类型镍主盐的电解液进行阴极等离子体电解沉积,研究电解液成分对镍沉积速率和沉积层表面形貌的影响。结果表明,电解液中乙醇浓度升高,镍沉积层表面逐渐变得平整,结构均匀细致,但沉积速率下降。提高溶液中的柠檬酸浓度,可提高镍的沉积速率,对沉积表面形貌的影响不大。用氯化镍或硫酸镍作为主盐,镍沉积速率较高,而用氨基磺酸镍作为主盐则沉积速率较低,三类主盐对沉积表面形貌的影响不大。

【Abstract】 Cathodic plasma electrolytic deposition is an emerging electro-deposition technique which can increase metal deposition rate through high energy plasma produced by cathodic discharge that occurred in gas envelope adjacent to cathode.Based on establishing the conditions of nickel preparation by cathodic plasma electrolytic deposition,different ethanol,C6H8O7 concentration and nickel resources were used in the cathodic plasma electrolytic deposition of nickel to study the effects of electrolyte composition on deposition rate and surface morphology.The results show that more smooth surface,uniform and fine crystalline structure but lower deposition rate are obtained when higher ethanol concentration is used.High C6H8O7 concentration of electrolyte can increase the deposition rate, but does not much affect the surface morphology of deposits.As nickel resource,NiCl2·6H2O and NiSO4·6H2O achieve higher deposition rate than Ni(NH2SO3)2·4H2O,and they have no obvious effect on the surface morphology of deposits.
