高硅铝合金超声电火花复合加工表面性能研究

【摘要】 通过对同一种高硅铝合金材料采用常规电火花加工与超声电火花复合加工方法进行实验对比,对加工后的表面性能进行分析研究,用摩擦磨损试验机进行表面耐磨性能测试,用扫描电镜对磨损表面微细形貌进行观察分析,用显微硬度计进行硬度测量等,发现采用超声电火花复合加工方法比常规电火花加工的表面耐磨性增加约25%、显微硬度增加约15%、表面凝固层更薄,工件使用性能更好,表明超声电火花复合加工方法在高硅铝合金材料的加工领域具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this article,the properties of the processed surface were analyzed and researched by contrast experiment,which was performed on the same high Si-Al material using conventional EDM (the former) and ultrasonic combined EDM method(the latter).The analyses include a test for surface abrasion resistance by means of friction-wear tester,an observation at the worn surface micro-morphology by means of scanning electron microscope and a hardness measurement by means of micro-hardness tester.By comparison to the former,the latter displays advantages as followings,25% increase in surface abrasion resistance,15%increase in micro-hardness,thinner surface re-melting layer,and better work performance.Ultrasonic combined EDM methods has broad application prospects in the processing of high silicon aluminum alloy material.
