绝缘涂层构件电化学放电小孔加工电流特性研究

【摘要】 为了进行绝缘涂层构件电化学放电加工(ECDM),利用电阻和稳压管建立了ECDM的等效电路模型,并分析其加工电流特性。电路模型由极间击穿电压、极间电阻和溶液电阻组成。在以平均电流为基础测量的伏安曲线中,随着脉冲电压的不断提高,由于气体的生成速度不断增高,曲线为线性区、上升区、转折区和缓降区。在这4个区域中:击穿电压22V,与火花放电维持电压一致;极间电阻开始很小,可忽略,然后不断增大;溶液电阻开始恒定,然后不断减小。电压较低时,电极附近没有气泡聚集,加工电流线性上升;随着气泡的不断聚集,产生放电,电流加速上升;气泡达到一定致密度,放电效率提高,电解比例减少,电流迅速下降;电压继续上升后,气体薄膜继续缓慢变厚,电流缓慢下降。
【Abstract】 For insulation coating components electrochemical discharge machining(ECDM),ECDM equivalent circuit model was set up by resistors and regulator,and then analyzes its current characteristics of processing.Circuit model was build by breakdown voltage between electrodes, resistance between electrodes,and solution resistance.With increasing pulse voltage,increasing the gas production rate,volt-ampere curve is divided into the linear area,increase area,turning area and gentle drop area.In these four areas;the breakdown voltage of 22V,associating to the spark discharge voltage; resistance between electrodes is small at beginning,and could be ignored,then increasing;solution resistance is constant at beginning,then decreasing.When voltage is low,there is no air bubbles gather near the electrode,processing current rises up linear;as the bubble continued to gather,then discharging, the current accelerated;bubbles reach a certain density,discharge efficiency increased,the current decreased rapidly;voltage continues to rise,gas film slowly thickening,the current slow down.
