射流电沉积促使下枝晶的可控生长
Controllable Dendrite Growth of Metal Ni in Jet-electrodeposition

【摘要】 将分形理论与射流电沉积相结合,编程模拟了不同沉积几率时枝晶的生长形貌。基于模拟的原理,利用摆动射流电沉积,使金属离子更易到达已沉积枝晶簇的内部而沉积,成功地改变了枝晶的树枝状分形生长特性,制备了不同摆动步长时的二维多孔交织的金属镍枝晶簇。结果表明:模拟结果和试验结果具有很好的相似性;随着粒子沉积几率的减小,粒子簇的形貌由树枝状分形结构逐渐向多孔交织的结构转变;摆动步长的增大,使枝晶簇的形貌逐渐向致密型转变,其分形维数逐渐增大。
【Abstract】 Through a combination of fractal and jet-electrodeposition,the dendrite growth at different depositing probability in jet-electrodeposition were successfully simulated.Based on simulation,by swinging jet-electrodeposition,it was easier for cations to avoid the top of deposited dendrite and to deposit through the side into the internal growing point,and thus the characteristic of fractal growth of dendrite was changed and the porous interlaced dendrites at different swinging steps was realized.The results indicate that the stimulation result and dendrite prepared by jet-electrodeposition shows a high similarity to eath other.When the depositing probability decaeses,the formation of cluster changes from branching fractal to porous interlaced patten.As the swinging steps increase,the formation of dendrite turns to dense interlaced growth with an increased fractal dimension.
