【摘要】 根据挤压铸造特点,采用射线法进行FDM网格剖分,并将其转化为FEM网格;其次采用一种新高阶导热偏微分方程计算模型(FDM格式)进行温度场的数值模拟;再以温度场计算结果为基础,采用FEM进行应力/应变分析;最后建立镁合金AM50A压力变化和熔化温度变化的关系,修正熔化温度值的大小,对其它与温度有关的热物性参数的修正,通过建立温度与热物性参数关系数据库的方法实现,为下一个时间步长温度场的计算做准备。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of squeeze casting,the rays of mesh dissection FDM,and transformed into FEM mesh;then uses a high order partial differential equations,the heat conduction calculation model(FDM format) on the numerical simulation of temperature field;again with temperature field calculation results as the foundation,using FEM in stress/strain analysis;the last set up AM50A magnesium alloy melting temperature and pressure changes the relationship of change, amend the melting of the size of the temperature,the temperature of the hot and other relevant physical parameters of correction,through the establishment of temperature and thermal physical parameter relation database method,for the next time step to prepare the calculation of temperature field.更多还原
