不同阴离子在生物质发酵产氢中的作用研究

【摘要】 以(H2N)2CO、[SO4]2-、Cl-、[NO3]-、[Mo2O24]6-、[C2O4]2-、[C6H5O7]3-6种不同的阴离子和尿素对生物质发酵产氢的影响,分析得知H2与CO2和总产气量存在显著的正比关系;与糖利用率无直接关系。经统计分析得到了以混合菌群为接种物下,对生物质发酵产氢具有促进作用的阴离子组成为:H2NCONH20g/L,[SO4]2-1.5g/L,Cl-0g/L,[NO3]- 0g/L,[Mo7O24]6-0.1g/L,[C2O4]2-1g/L,[C6H5O7]3-3-5g/L。以PDB液为基质发酵原料验证发酵气体产生比对照组提前了7h,而且H2最高含量达60.7%,平均含量50.2%,分别比对照组提高了21.4%和24.1%;平均产氢速率由对照组的36.79mL/L.h提高到96.25mL/L.h;氢气产率由对照组的0.76mol/mol提高到1.17mol/mol。研究证明:尿素对H2的产生有极显著的抑制作用,[Mo7O24]6-则相反。揭示了[C2O4]2--[C6H5O7]3-阴离子对组合的交互作用改善发酵产氢条件,并从理论上进行了分析探讨。

【Abstract】 With L27(313)orthogonal test,the effect of、[SO4]2-、Cl-、[NO3]-、[Mo7O24]6-、[C2 O4]2-、[C6H5O7]3-six different negative ions and(H2N)2CO on hydrogen production by microorganism flora was studied.The result showed that hydrogen had prominent direct ratio relationship with carbon dioxide and the total gas yield while without glucose utilization.By statistics method,the promoting component to hydrogen production was obtained,which consists of H2NCONH2 0g/L,SO42- 1.5g/L,Cl-0g/L,NO3+0g/L,(Mo7O24)6-0.1g/L,C2O42-1g/L,(C6H5O73-5g/L,whereas it is demonstrated that with the promoting component the maximal hydrogen content and the average hydrogen content from PDB were respectively raised 21.4%and 24.1%,and hydrogen yield compared to antitheses was raised from 0.76 mol/mol to 1.17 mol/mol It was suggested that carbamide prominently in- hibited the production of hydrogen contrary to[Mo7O24]6-and the couple of[C2O4]2--[C6H5O7]3- negative ions was able to optimize the condition of hydrogen production,which was analyzed theoretically.
