应急物资配送中心选址问题的一种快速工程算法
A quick and simple optimizing engineer algorithm in locating of emergency supplies distribution centers

【摘要】 应急情况下物资供应配送点在选址时,常常由于道路、场地、设施等诸多条件的限制,而只能采用离散型选址模型。本文根据P中值模型建立应急状态下配送点选址问题的目标函数,利用0-1规划和动态规划的原理,设计了一种简单快速的最值求解算法,该算法可以一次性地给出最佳选址数量和最优供应配送方案。通过对算法效率进行的评估,证明该算法计算复杂程度低、操作简便、计算速度快。最后通过具体算例分析,验证了算法的有效性和实用性。
【Abstract】 Because of being high restricted by the roads,places and facilities under emergency situations,the locating problems of emergency supplies distribution centers are suitable to adopt scattered optimization modeling.The paper firstly set up the objective function of the problem of locating emergency supplies distribution centers based on p-median model,and proposed a quick and simple optimizing algorithm according to the principles of 0-1 programming and dynamic programming,which could quickly and stably to get the solutions of the best number of distribution centers and the optimal supplies distributing schemes.Then the efficiency of the algorithm is estimated,and the functions of effectively cutting down the complexity of the calculations and improving the speeds in solving this kind of problems are proved.Finally,a calculating case is demonstrated and the practicability of the algorithm is validated.
