现代“游学制”人才培养模式的创新实践与思考——以南京地区3所交通类高职院物流管理专业为例

【摘要】 人才培养模式不断创新是教育教学改革的重要内容。国内高职院校通过校际合作培养人才还不太被人们关注,因此也就有了研究和实践的空间及可能。作者以南京地区三所交通类高职院借鉴我国古代游学教育思想联合培养面向"大交通"物流人才为例,三所学校在国内高职院校中率先提出合作培养复合型高素质技能型人才,形成了一种独具特色的现代"游学制"人才培养模式。作为一种教育创新的探索与实践,三校合作的人才培养模式顺应了高等职业教育发展趋势,对高等职业教育人才培养具有启发意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Continuous innovation in talents training mode is the important content of the reform of education and teaching. The personnel training in the domestic higher vocational colleges through the intercollegiate cooperation is not paid close attention to by people, so it has research and practical space and possibility. Author to the Nanjing area three traffic classes of Higher Vocational Education in our country from the thought of ancient travel culture with the "big traffic" logistics talent as an example,three colleges in domestic higher vocational colleges first proposed cooperative cultivating high-quality skilled talents,formed a modern " study tour " of the talents of unique training mode. As research and practice a kind of educational innovation, three college cooperation personnel training mode conforms to the trend of higher occupation education development, has the inspiration significance to the talents of higher occupation education.更多还原
