颈髓内巨大室管膜肿瘤切除一例报告

【摘要】 目的本组巨大脊髓内占位病变的手术特点,探讨手术时机,手术方式。方法随访患者术后神经功能恢复情况。结果肿瘤病变全切除病理证实室管膜瘤。术后神经功能恢复正常。结论早期诊断脊髓内病变,未有神经功能障碍之前应实施手术。切除病变,是肿瘤切除的基本保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In this group of giant spinal cords occupies the position pathological change the surgery characteristic,discussion surgery opportunity,surgery way.Method Revisit patient after the technique the nerve function restores the situation.Results Tumor pathological change total resection pathology confirmation ependyma lump.After the technique the nerve function restores normally.Conclusion Early time diagnosis spinal cord inside pathological change,not brightly after function barrier in front of should implement the surgery.The excision pathological change is the tumor excision basic guarantee.更多还原
