【摘要】 目的总结探讨原发性三叉神经痛显微血管减压术中对岩上静脉压迫的处理。方法回顾分折从2005年3月～2010年3月我科采用显微血管减压术治疗320例原发性三叉神经痛术中发现确认为责任动脉压迫之外并存岩上静脉及其属支压迫有39例(12.18%)责任静脉处理方法电凝后切断12例,将静脉充分游离后以Tefl0n棉垫开4例,另外23例由于静脉不是责任血管,未予处理。结果 39例病人术后即刻有效率100%治愈,37例(94.86%)另外2例即刻未治愈于术后2周延迟治愈。治愈率100%平均随访39个月无复发病例,无术后併发症。结论原发性三叉神经痛显微血管减压术中对影响手术入路和责任动脉压迫并存岩上静脉及其属支压迫应电凝后切断方能使三叉神经充分减压。术后临床观察未发生与静脉处理有关的併发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the management of venous compressionin microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Clinical data of 320 patients who underwent microvascular decompression operation for trigeminal neuralgiaperformed from March 2005 to March 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.The super petrosal vein were believed to be offending vessels accompanied by arterial compression in 39cases(12.18).responsiblity vein at method after the cut off the electric coagulation 12 cases.after the vein full free to Teflon cotton pad open 4cases,additional examples 23 cases vein is not the responsibility of the vessel,had not beenaddressed,Results 39cases of eefficient 100% cure 37cases(94.86 %)addition 2cases immediately after the operation has not been cured from 2 weekdelay healing.The cure rate 100 % average follow-up 39 months without recurrence.no postoperative merger or illness.Conclusion trigeminal microvascular decompression on the responsibility of the artery compression coexist rock vein and its tributaries oppression should after the cut.the electric coagulation can complete decompression.Operation does not occur with intravenous treatment related merger with.更多还原
