【摘要】 目的通过支气管动脉和肺动脉64层螺旋CTA与DSA相结合的方法进一步探讨肺部恶性肿瘤的血供来源,为介入治疗提供理论依据。方法:83例肺部恶性肿瘤,中央型37例,周围型46例。介入治疗前分别行支气管动脉、肺动脉直接CTA和DSA检查。结果:CT表现中央型:动脉期病灶显示31例,实质期4例,静脉期2例;支气管动脉供血19例,肺动脉12例,二者同时供血6例。周围型:动脉期病灶显示30例,实质期12例,静脉期4例:支气管动脉供血18例,肺动脉13例,二者同时供血15例。DSA表现中央型:动脉期病灶显示27例,实质期6例,静脉期4例;支气管动脉供血者18例,肺动脉12例,二者同时供血7例。周围型:动脉期病灶显示25例,实质期显示8例,静脉期显示13例;支气管动脉供血20例,肺动脉13例,二者同时供血13例。结论:肺动脉参与肺部恶性肿瘤的血供,对经支气管动脉行灌注化疗疗效欠佳的肺部恶性肿瘤需经肺动脉途径以提高疗效;肿瘤供血血管与病理类型无统计学意义;肿瘤染色程度与不同病理类型之间的差别有统计学意义;肿瘤经介入治疗后肿瘤染色可明显减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further investigate the blood supply of lung malignant tumour by the way of Sensation 64CTA and DSA,and therefore,to provide theoretical evidence for interventional therapy of the disease Methods The DSA and Sensation 64CTA of bronchial and pulmonary artery were performed simultancously in 83 patients with lung malignant tumour(37 central gross type and 46 peripheral gross type)Results:The vascularity of lung malignant tumour with central gross type in CTA and image-reconstructed showed that 31cases occurred in arterial phase,4 cases in metaphase,2 cases venous phase.Of peripheral gross type showed that 30 cases occurred in arterial Phase,12 cases in metaphase,4 cases venous phase.The supplied arteries to tumor in central gross type showed that 19 cases from bronchical artery(BA),12 cases from from Pulmonary artery(PA),6 cases from two.in peripheral gross type showed that 30 cases from BA,4 cases ftom NBA,4 cases part from PA.The vascularity of lung malignant tumour with central gross type in DSA angiography showed that 27 cases occurred in arterial Phase,6 cases in metaphase、4 cases in venous phase.of peripheral gross type showed that 18 cases occurred in arterial Phase,12 cases in metaphase,7cases in venous phase.The supplied arteries to tumor in central gross type showed that 18 cases from BA,12 cases from NBA,7 cases part from PA.in peripheral gross type showed that 20 cases from BA,13cases from NBA,13 cases part from PA. Conclusion Pulmonary artery supply the aliquot bellows malignant tumour;There is not statistically significant about the blood supply of lung malignant tumour and the patho-type;There is statistically significant about the tumor stain extent and the different patho-type;The tumor stain can be decrease after the interventional therapy.更多还原
