改性葫芦巴蛋白质降低酚醛树脂胶粘剂成本的研究

【摘要】 酚醛树脂固化后具有较好的胶合强度和优良的耐候性,是室外结构用胶合板等人造板常用胶粘剂。但是,酚醛树脂胶粘剂同时存在着成本高等缺点,限制了其更广泛的应用。本研究通过添加葫芦巴残渣来达到降低酚醛树脂成本的目的。实验表明:用改性葫芦巴残渣代替部分酚醛树脂即不降低固化速度,也不影响胶合板的胶合强度,树脂成本可以得到较大降低。因此,具有一定的可行性。
【Abstract】 The phenol-formaldehyde(PF) resin as an adhesive,possesses high bonded strength and excellent durability. It is usually used in plywood to make outdoor using products.But the PF resin has the problem of high price,etc. which limits its much more wide use.In this paper,we added the fenugreek protein(residue) to the PF resin to try to reduce its cost.The experiment results showed that it was a feasible method using modified fenugreek protein (residue) to replace part of PF resin,while the plywood made by this modified PF resin with little or no decrease in bonded strength and curing rate comparing to general PF resin,and the cost could be greatly reduced.
