以临床为导向的PBL教学法在局部解剖学教学中的应用探讨

【摘要】 目的探索以临床为导向的PBL教学法在局部解剖学教学中的应用。方法选择同一年级同一专业系统解剖学平均成绩无统计学差异的2个小班,随机分为实验组和对照组;实验组采用传统注入式教学法、对照组采用以临床为导向的PBL教学法,在一学期完了之后对两组解剖学期末考试成绩进行分析统计。结果实验组期末平均成绩高于对照组。结论以临床为导向的PBL教学法在局部解剖学教学中明显优于传统注入式教学法。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the teaching method of clinical-oriented PBL applied in regional anatomy.Methods Two subcompartment students in the same profession and grade,whose average scores of system anatomy had no significant difference,were randomly divided into experimental and control group.The experimental group was taught by the traditional infusing approach,while the clinical control by clinical-oriented PBL.After one semester,the anatomy scores of two groups were analyzed.Results Average scores in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group.Conclusion clinical-oriented PBL approach is significantly superior to the traditional infusing approach.
