【摘要】 目的对拇长屈肌副头的形态进行解剖学观察,并对其分型。方法对50侧(左右各25侧)拇长屈肌进行标本制作,观察、总结并对拇长屈肌副头分型。结果有50%(左15侧,右10侧)的标本中存在拇长屈肌副头.依据其起止点个数的不同将其分为:(Ⅰ型)单起点单止点型占80%,(Ⅱ型)单起点双止点型占8%,(Ⅲ型)双起点单止点型占12%。结论拇长屈肌副头出现率较高,且起止点及肌腹类型较多,是导致骨间前神经卡压征,骨间前血管卡压等疾病的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective observe the anatomical form of the deputy head of the long flexor of thumb and classify them into different types.Methods 50 long flexor of thumb(25 cases on each side)were dissected.dissected.Observe all of the 50 specimens and categorised the deputy head of the long flexor of thumb into different types.Results the calculus of probability of the deputy head of the long flexor of thumb is 50%(left 15,right 10).classify them on beginning and ending points:(typeⅠ)single-point type just the starting point has 80%,(typeⅡ)only a single point two-point type has 8%,(typeⅢ)two-point type just the starting point has 12%.Conclusion the calculus of probability of the deputy head of the long flexor of thumb is high and types of beginning and ending points and shapes of belly is diversity are one of the factors of anterior interosseous nerve compression syndrome and compression of anterior interosseous vessels.更多还原
