【摘要】 长江中下游地区在地理上存在一种割不断、分不开的整体关系,在水资源、生态环境、疾病传播方面,更形成一种"一损俱损"的连带效应。从理论上言,鄱阳湖生态经济区对于生态环境的保护和恢复不仅将为长江下游东部发达省份提供经济发展和人民生活所必需的水资源的涵养,还将使东部地区免遭自然灾害、疾病传播带来的巨大损失。国家和东部发达省份应该对鄱阳湖生态经济区给予经济补偿。本文通过欠发达地区的江西省与长江下游发达地区间在生态经济发展问题上的无限重复合作博弈分析,结果表明,鄱阳湖生态经济区区域合作型生态经济发展模式应创新一种促进区域合作的有效激励机制,即鄱阳湖生态经济区除提供生态环境保护和恢复的服务外,作为承接东部生态补偿的补偿,江西可以用提供生态农产品和生态旅游服务等与东部加强合作。让东部地区既能分享短期的直接利益,又能以长远眼光注重长期的、整体的、国家的利益,积极主动参与鄱阳湖生态经济区建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being the inseparable whole relationship geographically,the lower-middle reaches of the Changjiang will form"a loss for both sides"joint effect in water resources, ecological environment and the spread of disease.Theoretically,protection and resumption Ecological Environment will not only provide water resource meeting the needs of economic development and the livelihood of the people in the eastern provinces on Lower Reaches of the Changjiang,but also protect them against the great loss caused by natural disasters and the transmission of diseases.The state and developed areas should give economy compensation to Poyang Lake Eco-economy Region.This paper indicated that the Eco-economic development model of regional co-operative style in Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region must innovate an effective incentive system which could accelerate regional cooperation,indefinitely repeated cooperative game analysis on the Eco-economic development between Jiangxi province and the the developed areas.It means that Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region should protect and resume Ecological Environment,and strengthen cooperation with eastern regional by providing ecotourism and ecological agricultural product,compensating for the eco-compensation from the Eastern Region,and the Eastern Region can attach great importance to the long-term,overall and state interests with far-sighted and participate in the establishment of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Region actively,while sharing the short-term,direct benefit.更多还原
