【摘要】 高校作为人类知识吸收、继承、传播与创造的专门场所,知识活动贯穿于始终,高校的作用以知识为中心不断扩张,高校教师肩负知识传授、知识创新、知识物化的重要职责。因此高校教师的知识创新能力将直接影响高校教育质量的提高。本文通过高校教师知识创新能力内涵分析,构造了高校教师的知识创新能力评价指标体系,探讨了基于提高高校创新能力的高校教师有效管理思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the special site for knowledge absorbability,inheritance,propagation and creation,knolwedge activity run through colleage,the function of college expand taking knowledge as center.College teachers undertake important duty to impart,innovate and materialize knowledge.So the knowledge innovation ability of them directly influences higer education quality.Through knowledge innovation ability of college teacher,knowledge innovation ability evaluation index are constructed in this paper,and management method of teacher team based on innovation ability improve is discussed as well.更多还原
