【摘要】 本文采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法探讨教师信念与课堂教学实践之间的关系、及其对大学英语教学改革的启示。通过问卷调查、半结构式访谈、课堂实录相结合的研究方法,发现教师信念与课堂教学有时呈一致性,有时则存在差异。这种不一致性是由教师自身内在原因与诸多教学环境因素共同影响的结果。因此,作为教师,其自身要不断实践、反思,努力保证自己正确的教师信念在教学实践中得以实施。同时,大英教改还应为教师提供有利的外部环境以保证教师信念与教学实践的一致性。文章的结论部分还为大学英语教学改革提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on both quantitative and qualitative research,this study was intended to find out the relations between teacher’s beliefs and the practical classroom behavior.The results of questionnaire,semi-structured interview and classroom video indicate that teacher’s beliefs are partly in accordance with the practical classroom behavior,but sometimes they are not consistent with each other.This kind of inconsistency results from two parts of factors:one comes from the teachers themselves and the other is the teaching environment.Theses findings are of great significance to the reform of College English teaching.At the end of the article,there are some suggestions for the reform.更多还原
